teen dating violence video contest
One in three teenagers in the U.S. is a victim of physical, sexual, emotional, or verbal abuse from a dating partner. These are our classmates, friends, and family. So, what can we do?
Help prevent teen dating violence in your school and your community by developing a public service announcement about teen dating violence!
This is your opportunity to be creative and informative about an important issue in our community.
Who is eligible to participate?
Any high school student from Union, Snyder, or Northumberland County can form a team with classmates and participate.
School districts include Lewisburg, Mifflinburg, Midd-West, Selinsgrove, Line Mountain, Milton, Mount Carmel, Shikellamy, Shamokin, and Warrior Run. Students in private schools in our three counties are also eligible to participate.
