Transitions of PA is the ONLY
comprehensive crime victim center serving Union, Snyder, and Northumberland counties.
We provide voluntary, free, and confidential services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other violent crimes.
Now serving domestic violence survivors in Clinton County.

We connect survivors with the resources that fit their immediate and on-going needs. All our services are free, voluntary, and confidential.
Promoting Healing
Speak with a trained advocate, counselor, or therapist who understands trauma. Support is available for individuals and families of all ages.

Helping prevent violence by teaching healthy relationships, supporting professionals, and engaging our communities through education and outreach.

Helping survivors secure safe permanent housing, financial stability, and safety. From legal help to safe custody exchange and visitation, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
